I understand that the key to creating magical events starts with a good planning session. I truly enjoy the process of learning about my client's ideas and vision, and being able to offer a detailed planning guide, which provides suggestions and guidance to create the event of your dreams! It's a joy to then take those plans and turn them into reality. With over 20 years of experience, I am completely at ease on the stage and running the show without being the focal point of your event. It is my desire to make each event the best that it can be. Clients continuously hire me for my smooth and confident DJ and MC skills.

It is my ability to adapt and adjust to unknowns while implementing the clients vision that ensures that each event that I DJ is a success!

Mike

Mike Bender has brought his A-game to the DJ industry since 2004. His charisma and natural gift of connecting with people and music attests to his elite status as a professional DJ. A native to Charleston, Mike has been a local high school teacher and announcer for over 20+ years at Goose Creek High and is well known as “the voice of the Gators.” He has MC’d over 500 events which

have been predominantly weddings but also include proms, fundraisers, graduation, birthday and retirement parties and sporting events. He continues to receive critically acclaimed status with five-star ratings by his clients as testified in The Knot and Wedding Wire. Mike strives to achieve excellence at each event and customizes and prioritizes his clients and their personal preferences. His attention to detail and the ability to lead and conduct his events seamlessly is what sets him apart.

rhett

First met his wife Robin while he was Program Director of Y102, Radio Charleston, SC. She was the singer in her own band. 

That same year, Rhett first started working with Fellow DJ, Jay Maxwell, who was forming his company "Music By Request". Since 1982, few have had the background, and experience Rhett, and his wife Robin bring to entertainment. Rhett likes to say an important aspect of what he does is to add to the AAHH factor for brides and grooms. This experience allows you to enjoy a fun and frankly fast paced day to its fullest.

Between the two, they have announced races for Nascar Motor Racing Network, interviewing a long list of stars in music and movies. They have performed over 1,000 events.

I am fairly new at deejaying, but love seeing people get on the dance floor when I play a song they like. I enjoy listening to music, and teaching my dad new songs that we should add to our playlist.
